General
You must provide clear references and information of the character or drawing (expression pose etc).
Payment
Every commission will be paid after you recive the final sketch or beforehand.Payment via Paypal/Ko-fi in $(USD) or Deviantart pts.
Process
I provide wips of the art if asked.The period of time your piece takes me to finish can vary from a couple days to few weeks. Months in school period.
Edits
Major edits should be stated during the rough sketch phase, while this time you'll have as many revisions as needed. fixing character related errors and mistakes, the change of poses, backgrounds or accesories without any cost.)From the clean sketch phase onwards i'll only change minor things. (Colour/marking changes). Major changes may require a fee.
My rights
I reserve full rights and ownership of my artwork i have the right to repost art on my art accounts.i have the right to refuse a commission.
Your rights
You Can;
Use my artwork for personal/noncommerical use, only repost it with visible credit.You Can't;
Remove my watermarkuse my art for any sort of crypto mining nfts.profit from my art in any way.
Can draw
Feral, Feline animals.
Furry/Anthro (nfsw too)
gore and horror.

Can't draw

You may change the design to your liking as long as it's still recognizable.You may not sell a character for a higher price unless it comes with extra art that add value to it.You may not delete a character I've designed from toyhouse without notifying me beforehand.You may not add your tos or rules onto my designs.You may co-own my designs but I do not take responsibility for them.
You may not use my designs as an nft.You must credit the design. If it's on toyhouse, credit my toyhouse account: @Tomza

Scammed me on 600 pts, i wrote to them more then few massages, they finally responded that they can give me refund and then just blocked me and left chat WITHOUT giving me refund.

Wanted to buy character from me proceed to ignore me about payment. Later just blocked me on th bc i favourited their oc.

Scammed me on oc they got for free selling me it, then I had a problem with Popular designer that thought I'm trying to sell design that was free. till these days people are mad at me and block me without reason. (I have all the proof)
